Electrotraveller values your satisfaction. If you’re not fully satisfied with your product, you have the right to return it within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order, in accordance with EU consumer law.

Please fill out this form to initiate the return of the product. Once the form is submitted, we will send you the shipping label, which you should print and attach to the box. Our courier partners, including DHL, GLS, DPD, and others, will then attempt to pick up the package.

The courier will contact you prior to pickup. Please note that we do not schedule the pickup time; you will need to contact your local courier directly to arrange a specific timeframe. If the product is not returned in accordance with this policy, we will charge you the shipping fees accordingly.

Return Shipping for Oversized Packages

Electrotraveller offers free return shipping and exchanges for parcels within standard courier limits:

  • Maximum size: 80 cm width × 60 cm height × 200 cm length
  • Maximum combined length and girth: 300 cm (2×height + 2×width + longest side)
  • Maximum weight: 31.5 kg

This limitation mostly applies to larger items, such as electric scooters and e-bikes. If your return parcel exceeds these limits, the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We will notify you in advance if your package falls into this category.

Condition of Returned Goods

Products must be returned unused and undamaged, with all original packaging, accessories, tools, and documentation included.
If the product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to check its condition, Electrotraveller may deduct a reasonable amount from your refund in accordance with EU consumer law.

Refund Processing

Upon receiving the returned goods and inspecting the condition of your product, we will process your return. Refunds or exchanges will be arranged within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Once your return is processed, we will notify you by email.
