Electrotraveller offers a 1-year warranty on all electric scooter models.

Warranty Highlights:

  • The warranty lasts for one year.
  • It covers all manufacturing defects.

For warranty issues, we provide fast and free shipping via GLS, DHL, or UPS. Keep the original packaging for this purpose.

Shipping for Oversized Packages

Electrotraveller offers free shipping to our service center for warranty repairs on parcels within standard courier limits:

  • Maximum size: 80 cm width × 60 cm height × 200 cm length
  • Maximum combined length and girth: 300 cm (2×height + 2×width + longest side)
  • Maximum weight: 31.5 kg

This limitation mostly applies to larger items sent in for warranty repair, such as electric scooters and e-bikes. If your warranty shipment exceeds these limits, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to our service center. We will notify you in advance if your package falls into this category.

In the unlikely event that your electric scooter requires warranty service, ELECTROTRAVELLER CUSTOMER SUPPORT is dedicated to making the process seamless and efficient.
We support fast, free and reliable shipping options through reputable carriers such as GLS, DHL, or UPS.
To expedite the warranty repair process, we encourage our customers to retain the original packaging box. This ensures secure transportation of the scooter back to our workshop, minimizing the risk of damage during transit.
