The tire (pneumatic) is the only point of contact between your electric scooter and the ground, so it’s crucial to carefully select the right tire and take good care of it. Varje typ av däck har sina egna fördelar och nackdelar. Soliddäck är visserligen svårare att köra, men de har längre livslängd, kan inte punkteras och kräver ingen tryckkontroll. Pneumatiska däck är däremot mer bekväma att köra eftersom de absorberar stötar, men de kan punkteras och kräver noggrant tryckunderhåll. Honeycomb solid-däck har goda egenskaper hos både solid- och pneumatiska däck. De kan inte punkteras och deras form absorberar också stötar väl, vilket ger en bekväm körning.

You should always pay attention to the correct tire pressure, as this is often the cause of punctures. Follow the manufacturer’s recommended pressure and never overinflate the tire beyond the maximum pressure stated on the tire itself. You can have your electric scooter’s tires changed at our service centre in Ljubljana, where we can perform the replacement quickly and professionally. If you decide to change the tire yourself, use the proper tools and be very precise, as you can otherwise damage the tire, inner tube, and scooter rim.
